The problem
Drivers and dispatchers needed one place to coordinate loads, routes, vehicles, compliance documents, and updates instead of relying on disconnected processes.
What I built
I designed and built the platform architecture, real-time updates, role-based access for drivers and dispatchers, operational dashboards, and the integrations behind the product.
The result
The result gave the client a modern logistics product designed to compete with established trucking software and grow with new operational needs.
