The problem
Some work cannot be handled well by one chatbot response. It needs research, drafting, validation, review, and a clear point where a person makes the final decision.
What I built
I designed a coordinated workflow in which separate AI roles handled each stage, shared the right context, and paused for human approval at important checkpoints.
The result
The system demonstrated a practical way to automate complex business work while keeping quality checks and human control inside the process.
